Function: Blood-sugar balance, bone and teeth development

Sources: Shellfish, mushrooms, black pepper, and buckwheat

Optimal Intake: 50 mg (as vanadyl sulfate form)

Deficiency Signs: None known, but blood-sugar imbalances are suspected.
