Description: Royal jelly is the substance that worker bees secrete to feed the queen bee. It contains B vitamins and other nutrients. Holistic doctors use it for energy support. It has been shown in studies to lower cholesterol.

Indications:

  • Fatigue
  • High cholesterol
  • Stress

Precautions: People who are allergic to bee pollen or honey should not use royal jelly.
