Description: Psyllium is a fiber supplement. Psyllium seed husks are popular for
the treatment of constipation. Psyllium has also been shown to lower cholesterol levels.


  • Constipation
  • Diabetes
  • Diarrhea
  • Diverticulitis
  • Hemorrhoids
  • High cholesterol
  • Irritable bowel syndrome

Precautions: Psyllium should be taken two to three hours away from any medications or supplements, as it may hinder absorption.

Dosage: Take 5 grams three times daily, with at least 8 ounces of water.
