Description: NADH is the coenzyme form of vitamin B3 (niacin), which plays a role in cellular energy production. Preliminary research has shown NADH to be helpful for chronic fatigue syndrome and depression. It may also hold promise in reducing the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, although these uses have not been proven.

Indications:

  • Alzheimer's disease
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Depression
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Fibromyalgia

Precautions: NADH appears to be nontoxic.

Dosage: Take 5 to 10 mg daily on an empty stomach.
