Description: Malic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is found in fruits and vegetables, especially in apples. It helps with the production of ATP within cells for energy production. Some holistic doctors use it as a therapy, along with magnesium, for fibromyalgia and aluminum detoxification.

Indications:

  • Aluminum detoxification
  • Fibromyalgia

Precautions: There are no known side effects.
