Description: Kelp is a type of sea vegetable that's rich in iron and several minerals. It is used as a supplement to support thyroid function.

Indications:

  • Goiter
  • Hypothyroid

Precautions: People with any type of thyroid disease should check with their doctors before supplementing kelp.

Dosage: Take 2 to 4 capsules daily, or take as directed on the label or as advised by a health-care professional.
