Description: Hydroxycitric acid is a compound found in the fruit known as Garcinia cambogia. Animal but not human studies have found that HCA suppresses appetite and causes weight loss.

Indications: Weight loss

Precautions: No side effects are known.

Dosage: Take 500 to 1,000 mg three times daily before meals.
