Description: Grape seed extract is, as the name implies, the extract of grape seeds. This supplement contains a class of flavonoids known as proanthocyanidins. Grape seed is mainly used as an antioxidant and to improve the stability of collagen and elastin, two substances that are important for healthy skin, joints, ligaments, tendons, and blood vessels. It is also used to improve microcirculation throughout the body.
