Medicinal Use: Anxiety; depression; viral infections; topically for burns, scrapes, nerve pain, bruises; seasonal affective disorder

Parts Used: Flowers, whole herb

Form Used: Tincture, capsule, oil

Potential Side Effects: Small percentage of users develops sensitivity to light. Should not be combined with pharmaceutical antidepressants.

Comments: It's a great herb for mild to moderate depression.
