Medicinal Use: Anxiety, insomnia, hyperactivity, muscle spasms

Parts Used: Root

Form Used: Tincture, capsule, tea

Potential Side Effects: Skin rash rarely occurs. Avoid if you have liver disease or when consuming alcohol. Do not use while nursing or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking antianxiety or antidepressant pharmaceutical medications.
