Dr. Stengler's Quick Dosage Guide for Children

Here is a simplified calculation that parents can use to calculate the dosage for their children:

  • 5 to 30 pounds: 1⁄5 the adult dosage
  • 30 to 60 pounds: 1⁄4 the adult dosage
  • 60 to 90 pounds: 1⁄3 the adult dosage
  • 90 to 120 pounds: 1⁄2 the adult dosage
  • 120 to 150 pounds: 3⁄4 the adult dosage
